NeuraCities Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NeuraCities website or app and its related solutions/services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

NeuraCities is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline geospatial data retrieval, mapping, and urban planning workflows, other data elements from within an enterprise or public. Our Services/Solution include, but are not limited to:

  • AI-driven data integration and geospatial analysis
  • Quick map creation and export in multiple formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, shapefiles, Excel etc.)
  • Tools for spatial analysis and custom GIS tool development
  • Automated report generation and collaborative features for sharing maps and data

4. User Accounts and Registration

Some or all features of our Solutions/Services may require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use and User Obligations

You agree to use the Solutions/Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Solutions/Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Solutions/Services.

All content, software, and materials provided by NeuraCities are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your internal, non-commercial purposes. Any use beyond this requires our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or otherwise provide content (“User Content”) to our Solutions/Services, you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant NeuraCities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your content in connection with providing, commercially benefiting and promoting our Solutions/Services.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

Our Solutions/Services may include links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. NeuraCities is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeuraCities, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Solutions/Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Solutions/Services shall not exceed the amount yet to be paid, if any, by you for accessing the Solutions/Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuraCities and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Solutions/Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.

NeuraCities reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Solutions/Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuraCities regarding your use of our Solutions/Services and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
