NeuraCities Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 1st, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuraCities (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

2. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email (if available)
  • Notices on the site or app
  • In-app notification

Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of the Service

NeuraCities is an AI-powered urban intelligence platform for geospatial data analysis. The Service includes:

  • AI-driven dataset discovery
  • Map generation and visualization
  • Automated reporting
  • Natural language query interface
  • Export tools (PDF, PNG, shapefile, Excel, and many more)

Geospatial Data Disclaimers:

  • May be inaccurate and not for legal use
  • Map visuals are approximations
  • Analysis results are estimates

4. Plans and Usage

Each plan includes an allowance of usage. Usage is consumed as you work: heavier requests, such as complex analyses, large datasets and generated reports, use more than simple questions. NeuraCities is offered on the following plans:

  • Free: a one-time starter allowance for basic usage, to try the Service.
  • Pro: 8x more usage than Free, refreshed every week, with higher limits and team features. Extra usage can be purchased at any time.
  • Max (Enterprise): unlimited usage and plan limits, with custom integrations, deployment, security review and dedicated support. Contact contact@neuracities.com.

Current plan features and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. We may change plan allowances, features and pricing. Material changes will be communicated as described in Section 2.

5. Commercial Use Restrictions

Use is limited to internal, non-commercial evaluation. Commercial use includes:

  • Generating revenue
  • Client services
  • Integrating outputs in commercial tools

6. Permitted Use and User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use unlawfully or deceptively
  • Interfere with operations
  • Reverse engineer
  • Upload malicious code
  • Circumvent usage limits
  • Share login credentials

7. Data and Content

Public Data: Sourced from open datasets.

User Data: Your content remains yours. We get a royalty-free license to use it for improving the product. It’s deleted within 30 days upon termination unless legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform IP belongs to NeuraCities or licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may terminate access with or without notice. On termination:

  • Usage rights end
  • Data is deleted in 30 days
  • You may request data export within 7 days

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuraCities is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is $100 or your last 12-month payment, whichever is higher.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms follow Texas law. Disputes resolved in Harris County, TX. Users must attempt to resolve issues in good faith for 30 days before legal action.
